Our research focuses on the following areas:
1. decision-making behavior and career choice processes as well as career orientation at school
2. conditions for successful inclusion at school
3. motivational processes in learning in school and university contexts.
The chair is also active in advising educational administrators and institutions on the educational needs of children and adolescents and on inclusion in the school context. A special role is played by the implementation of the Thuringian educational plan up to the age of 18.
